TERMS OF SERVICE

Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 May 2026

These Terms govern your use of the PlayShip website and any submission service you purchase. By engaging the service or paying an invoice you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

PlayShip is operated as PlayShip UK (sole trader, Avinash Sreekumar), based in Camberley, United Kingdom. References to "we", "us", or "PlayShip" mean the sole trader.

2. The service

PlayShip helps independent developers submit Android apps to the Google Play Store, complete required compliance fields (Data Safety, content rating, store listing), and recover from policy rejections. Service tiers and inclusions are described on the pricing section of the homepage.

3. Eligibility

Service is available to individuals and registered businesses worldwide who legally own or are authorised to publish the Android app being submitted. You must be 18 or older.

4. Your responsibilities

5. Turnaround

Stated turnaround times begin once we have received the AAB, signing key details, Play Console access, and complete intake answers. Delays caused by missing inputs extend the timeline.

6. Pricing & payment

Prices shown on the site are in GBP or USD as listed. Payment is made in advance via Stripe, Wise, or PayPal. Receipts are issued by email.

Prices shown are inclusive of any UK VAT where applicable. PlayShip UK is currently below the UK VAT registration threshold (£90,000 turnover); should this change, prices will be updated to indicate VAT separately.

7. Refunds & cancellation

Refund and cancellation rules are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy and form part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your app and all assets you provide. Deliverables we create for you (store listing copy, screenshots) become yours on full payment. We may reference the engagement in a portfolio listing unless you ask otherwise in writing.

9. Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee Google Play approval, ranking, downloads, or revenue. Google may reject or remove apps at its sole discretion. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid for that engagement.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the service.
